NotOfftopicRanker: That it is....if it didn't smell more like copypasted "fact checking" i'd likely be a bit less worried than I am now.

Mate, you were suspended for legitimate reasons (that had nothing to do with any delisting threads) on your main account which we've listed to you and specifically told you that ban evading is not tolerable (multiple times). It saddens me to see you being so confrontational about the moderation decisions and thinking this is some kind of "vendetta" against you and the suspension was "retaliatory". It is absolutely none of that.*
PixelBoy: We can make an educated guess that it's because he got a letter from someone saying that it's too similar to Sid Meier's Civilization.
NotOfftopicRanker: Didn't the one dev who was trying to make a game called Scrolls get similar legal action taken against them? *
GamezRanker: Just wanna note that I have been pointing out the recent increase in delisting announcements more so out of legitimate concern. I'm not trying to spread FUD or be a doomsayer....at least not intentionally. That said, it seems that the amount of delistings industry wide(gog/steam/zoom) is on a major upswing. We are now seeing at least one every week, and it makes me wonder which game(s) on which store(s) will be next. That aside, I put the blame more so and squarely on the shoulders of rights holders.

NotOfftopicRanker: Your damage control won't work, gog.....no matter how many retaliatory bans you issue *chews popcorn* "Gonna pull up my lawn chair and pull out a tub of popcorn, and wait to see what the future brings" - Your pal Cassandra
