Because i am eyeing AVGN the Movie for quite a while and the regular price seem to never get a discount...

I pretty sure GOG has forgotten all about the movie section. It would be cool to see actual studio quality films and TV shows being sold on GOG, but I think that section has been [more or less] abandoned.

Not in years, if I remember correctly. They did go on sale a few times at first, back when gog introduced their movies section. But I guess they figured that no one was buying them even at a discount price, so they decided to spare everyone the indignity and just stopped putting them on sale altogether.

I was thinking the same thing about sales on the movies section but I have a feeling it failed so they just ignore it now.

Honestly can't remember the last time when any movie was discounted. It must be at least a couple of years?

The last time anyone heard about the movie section was during that Twitter scandal when some publishers pulled some movies from sale that no one even knew were there.

There was a couple of occasions when movies were discounted, but I think those were years ago, and you can almost count those promos with fingers on one hand.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt concert was discounted 100% not long time ago ;)

Thank you all for the replies; tempted to gift myself this as it's an OK price here on GOG, same price but only for streaming (....) on Steam or half the price but in some obscure VHX form on Devolver website... The DVD/BluRay has tons of exclusive and is out of stock in Amazon... Hmm!!
