Do I get Arena and Daggerfall if I'm given The Elder Scrolls bundle as a gift? Or is it only for the original purchaser?

You get Arena and Daggerfall when you redeem one of the Bethesda games.
I confirm someone gifted me Morrowind and I got Arena and Daggerfall automatically.

Besides I believe that once the sale is over GOG will put Arena and Daggerfall in the "Free Games" section so anyone can get them.
Okay guys, thanks for the info. :)

So how does gog-version work in daggerfall? It's a bit of work to get that free version of bethesda to work, it does work but it seemed to have every dosbox problem ever, too slow mouse and v-sync.

Also, somebody gifted you morrowind? That's great. ..for you. =D

It works great. I tried the free Bathesda version and that was a pain in the ass, but she's real smooth here.

I avoid buying this game a third time ;)

Thanks to the person who generously gifted it to me, and I did not ask for it in the gifting thread.

So that fps drops when you see the world when you come out of the ship happens? It didn't much in gog-stream?

What's wrong with gog version? Or are you talking about daggerfall? =P
I just bought Morrowind for the second time. I purchased the GOTY version some, I dunno, ten years ago. And man, let me tell you, that game is STILL at the top of the list for me in terms of immersion. It's not my all time favorite game, but the immersion factor in that one was better than any before, and maybe since, actually. Used to walk around at night just to look up at the two moons because that was sooooo cool. And using the Overhaul mod, man the game actually really looks good too, even today.

But I went ahead and downloaded the Arena game, and wow, the goodies are great. I don't recall getting all of that with the free version I downloaded a few years ago. I've been reading this stuff and here I am psyched to play a game with AWFUL graphics that's some, what, 20 plus years old????

Now do folks see why I like manuals??? That was their beauty back in the day. Reading them (assuming it was a pretty good game) got you psyched even more than if you hadn't read it, and it provides you with knowledge (yet no or very few spoilers) to make your experience better. A 50 page manual going into some depth of all the intricacies of the game is just always going to be far superior to a 10 or 15 minute on-screen hand holding session that never really covers more than the vary basics anyway.

I'm gonna play Arena! (again, although I never finished it before).

Gothic is one of the best games here. Shame on you! :P
