what the title says
Chess
That's stuck on consoles without a(n official) PC port? TimeSplitters 2 is a good contender.
mobile: Giant Boulder of Death

console: Persona 3 FES

board game: Kill Doctor Lucky
Hoplite, on Android.
I was a sucker of J2ME games on my childhood. And I'm still coming back to it these days, but not as much as I did that time. I've played plenty titles on the platform. Yeah, many of them sucks (due to its limitations), but it doesn't mean I wasn't having great time with some great games, mostly mobile ports, such as Assassin's Creed, Prince of Persia, etc.

But only two titles that keep me coming back: Galaxy on Fire 2 & EDGE(with EDGE Extended as a standalone expansion). These are the best & the most polished 3D games on J2ME, and I love them
Can't Stop

The Xenoblade Chronicles series
All Super Mario and Zelda games.
Video Game: Vagrant Story
Non Video Game: Bridge
Non-pc huh, that's a difficult one.

Disregarding all the games that are available oficially on the pc as well, as lame as it may be, I would say Gran Turismo or Tourist Trophy.

Telika: Hoplite, on Android.
There's a similar game on Steam, Dungeons of Hell. I think it's actually better than Hoplite.
Off the top of my head would be Syphon Filter series. it's hard to pick just one game.
