Luned: Also, none of the Spiderweb Games (Geneforge series, Avernum series, etc.) have timed sequences AFAIK. All turn-based.
dtgreene: Actually, the Geneforge and Avadon series are only turn-based during battle. When you are just exploring, the game (and this includes the movements of enemies) runs in real time. (Geneforge at least lets you start combat anytime, however, even if there are no enemies around.) VVVVVV can apparently be played one handed. There are only three controls you regularly need: move left, move right, and flip. Anything else you need to do never needs to be done in dangerous situations or under time pressure. Also, that game has accessibility options that let you slow down the game, make yourself invincible, and disable the moving backgrounds.
I believe that Sword of the Stars: The Pit can also be played one-handed as I remember playing that game with my left hand while drinking coffee with the other and since it's turn-based having to reach for a slightly out of the way key is not a problem :) You might have to reconfigure some keys for some abilities and targeting but once you're done, you're golden :)
