I requested a refund for Ultimate Red Collection. And it was granted. In words only.
In reality it's been almost 3 months since my initial inquiry.
Some employee (goes by "Rokky") had been apologetically stalling the process of refund until a week or so ago.
These days Rokky just ignores the ticket.
Ticket #956757.

As Rokky has stated several times in your ticket, the refund has been forwarded, and we will get back to you as soon as the transfer has been issued. Keep in mind that posting on the forum will not escalate your ticket. Please be patient and wait for the reply from Support.
