I want to install a mod in a GOG game (in Windows 11).
The instructions for the mod say to put it in \Steam\steamapps\common\[game_name]
Is there an equivalent directory in \GOG Galaxy ?
I looked at \Dependencies, \Games\[game_name], and \plugins but they don't look like the right places.

The equivalent would be your game's installation folder.

Edit: If you are using Galaxy and have not changed the default settings, then it should be GOG Galaxy\Games\[game name]

And assuming you are not using some ancient installers, but some relatively new ones, and don't rename the installation folder, that should be called "GOG Games".
Which game? I've seen companies put data files in the most ludicrous of places

To find the game installation directory, check the properties of the link on your desktop or - using Galaxy - click on "manage installation" - "show folder/directory", see attachment.
