Gog galxay there was a problem updating blabla...it happens constantly im on windows 10 help!

The whole thread is dedicated to problems with Galaxy updating. You have to download the new version manually, and reinstall Galaxy. The post I linked discusses that you sometimes have to manually terminate the Galaxy processes as part of this installation process.

ps: Make sure, Galaxy was not running since your last login.
If you started it, quit it and then run the update, there will still be some locked files. Run the update right after starting Windows.
Apparently this flaw will be fixed with the current version, from 2.0.60 (installed version) onwards updates should work as intended, fingers crossed.
