Aren't they automatically installed if you installed the game through Galaxy?

I they are not enabled by default go to your game screen, press the up right button, manage installation/configure. In that screen you will be able to enable/disable your DLC's. I believe you can access to the same screen right clicking the respective game cover in the games library screen.
If you bought the game and the DLC and then installed - all should be just fine.

If you buy the game, install, then buy the DLC usually Galaxy automatically starts installing it seconds later (even if you buy through the website). If not Gudadantza pointed out how to trigger it.

@GOG: That's something Galaxy 1 did a lot better: show what DLC is available, bought and installed.
