Is the game no longer in your account? Are you very sure this is the very same account that you bought it on?

In a web browser you access your game library by hovering over your account name and then clicking on 'Games'. In Galaxy you [no clue as I do not use it].

Have a number of patches and tweaks available that could fix the issue you have, or you could leave a detailed report if the issue you are having and your system specs and someone may be able to help.

Do you mean you bought the game but it isn't in your library now? Your profile says "1 Game".

Or are you having trouble installing it or starting up the game? If you're having errors or crashes, look at the Alpha Centauri forum or contact GOG Support.

If you already bought it once here on GOG you won't need to buy another copy. what you should do is download the "backup installer" files though and put them on a flash drive or somewhere. I'm not a fan of getting "aggressive" with people who aren't rude or aggressive themselves.

Firm and aggressive aren't the same thing. But if that's your interpretation.

OP, I suspect you loggd in with a wrong email address. Search all your email addresses for a receipt for your game.
