I don't do real giveaways, but sometimes I just like to have fun, so I have decided to do a joke one. Anyway, here it is:
Rules:
* To enter, you must provide a source code listing that, when interpreted or compiled, yields a computer program that, given another program, determines whether or not the other program will halt.
* Your program must always halt: If it sometimes fails to halt, then your entry is invalid.
* Posting a proof that the entry requirements are impossible to fulfill does not qualify as an entry. (Wait a minute: Why do I need to make this rule?)
* The game will be given to the *last* person (*not* the first) who posts a suitable computer program.
* There is no deadline: Entries will be accepted forever.
* The game will be one that, at the time the giveaway ends, has not yet even reached the idea phase.
So, anyone feel like entering this "giveaway"?
