It's out. It's on Steam. It seems good enough (78 metascore - http://www.metacritic.com/game/pc/legends-of-eisenwald). Devs do not seem to have too many problems with DRM.

But it's not on GOG? So people cannot buy it here. Why GOG?

Have this one on Steam. Nice if you like the genre, not much of appeal if you don't. Did not encountered any gamebreaking bugs so far, combat it's not exactly stellar, but not bad either. I do love the soundtrack. And that's about it, so far.

But, yeah, something to go along with HOMM or Disciples series.
See this post in the unofficial confirmed thread: GOG is evaluating the release here.

Ah, nice. So GOG will evaluate (hopefully not too long) and then probably release next week or so.

I can't find a reason why LoE shouldn't be released here, so I'm pretty sure it will!

I'm eagerly waiting for the weekend to come so I can download it at last and have some fun! And although I received a mail from HB with a link to the v0.97 some time ago, I thought I could wait a little bit longer until it reaches v1.0.

Still, I would prefer the GOG version over the HB but whatever.. :P
Shameless trading offer hijack : I've got one extra Humble gift link from my backing this.

Will trade it for either Underrail or Dustbowl on Steam, or both Star Trek : Judgment Rites & Star Trek : 25th Anniversary on GOG. Or possibly something else, PM me for complete wishlists.

Annnnnnd the answer is out, and the game is in. :)

The whole GOG wait time is a tad frustrating.
It would be great if I could move all my Humble offerings here... each title helps! Too many Kickstarters being fulfilled on Humble that then later come here and no GOG keys, sadly. I wish they'd stop sending me unsolicited Steam keys!

Only some months later. That was really quick.

If people stopped supporting Humble, then perhaps they would go back to being DRM free, and perhaps there would be more impetus to release here. Stores don't exist without customers!

Agreed. (I *only* use their 100% DRM-free bundles [very rare!], and the DRM-free Kickstarter fulfillment on there -- and that, I wish I didn't.)

Unfortunately looks like HB gets in fast. GOG needs to take a chance with some of the KS (only seem to take it with big ones like DSO , Wasteland 2, POE etc) like Grim Dawn....
