Senteria: Are there legal repercussions that prevent you from adding those manuals to the game package?
I think there might be in some cases legal reasons if they don't have the licence for it and they can't just take it even if it's available on the net (even replacement docs say what they do is not strictly legal). However it looks like in some cases it's just sloppiness. For one thing, surely if the manual is available in the game folder, then there is no reason to add it to the extras too. I'll see if I can contact support about this.
ZFR: I still would love a definite confirmation from someone who actually has the game (I'm assuming you don't?)
Grargar: I personally don't, but it seems to be a similar case to Anno 1701 (which I do have), which has the manual for the base game available only after installation.
