SBT_artist: Are Pre Ordered games refunded ? I mean , you've bought it , but you want your money back or you're thinking of buying another game, could you get a refund?Or will it be credited to your wallet.?
You can get a refund for a game you've pre-ordered at any time before the game is released, for any (or no) reason. I would guess that by default, they'd add the funds to your GOG Wallet, but you'd probably be able to get the money refunded to whatever you used to pay, too (i.e., if you paid for the pre-order via PayPal, they should be able to return the money to your PayPal account if you request it).
After the game is released, the standard 30-day refund policy takes over. (I'm not sure if the thirty-day timer starts when you place the pre-order, or on launch day, though. It's not made clear in the
user agreement [relevant bits are sections 6.11, 6.12 & 6.15].)
