Please help eveyone. i cant get this game to launch at all. all i get is the problens in the attached photo.

I have downloaded the msvcr120.dll file from microsoft.

I have unistalled and reinstalled and also done the repair and verify.

am i missing anything.

Did you try to install/reinstall Visual C++ 2013 and Visual C++ Redistributable Package?

Btw maybe I'm wrong but I don't think you can download DLL files from Microsoft.

So be careful with that file you downloaded.

Downloading DLL files is a bad idea. Usually doesn't fix the problem because you are missing more not just the DLL file which causes the error message. And sometimes those sites that offer DLL files contain virus.

So that should be the last attempt to fix the problem not the first. Unless so can get the file from your friend or from your other PC.

I dunno what did you download.
It is a vcredist_x64.exe, and it installs the dll-s too.

I'm not sure it required but I would do a PC reboot.
Anything else only if it doesn't fix the problem.

Yeah that's the wrong one.
You need 2013 that contains msvcr120.dll
2015 has MSVCP140.dll
