It is a known bug of GOG.
Contact GOG Support should work for you.
We managed to help Cepheus86 with this, and I assure you the case wasn't related to a bug. I would advise against making such assumptions in the future, but at the same time thank you for pointing Cepheus86 in our direction. :)

Since the case is closed, I am also closing this thread. :)
