Does this mean i would get drm free installers for it like i get on GOG?
The Carpe Fulgur games are supposed to be discounted as part of GamersGate's Christmas sale, but for some reason they aren't. SpaceDrake said gonna talk to them about it.

More info in the above link but don't think recettear and chantelise would return yet this year on GOG. Since i both own them i would be interested in fortune summoners if it gets a discount there and works like gog with the drm free installers.
GamersGate... was once a nice shop.
Reading their faq i read that you need internet connection to install games there, which is somehow not something i would go for.
So it's drm-free and you still need internet connection to install the game while already downloaded?
Gamersgate has a kind of strange definition of "DRM-free". Their downloader gets encrypted files, decrypts them momentarily and then deletes the decrypted version as soon as installation is complete. Getting a proper DRM-free backup requires you to minimise the installer and either end the downloader process with task manager or copy the install files elsewhere.

The whole thing is a bit longwinded and is only DRM-free through a loophole. Once Gamersgate started removing DRM-free downloads for some games and replacing them with steam keys, I was out.

See above. There's a workaround but it's annoying.

That does answer my question SirPrimalform.
Won't make a gamersgate account then also wonder if Fortune Summoners even has a chance with GOG?
But we didn't get any info about it and steam is not an option currently.

Assuming GamersGate doesn't do a bait-and-switch with Steam keys, yes, you do get a DRM-Free installer, albeit with a workaround.

DRM-free on GaGa should work as follows:
When you purchase a DRM-free game, you get an activation code and a button on your game's page, named "Download".

If you click "download", it downloads a small .exe (in your case it might be named "Download Fortune Summoners.exe).

You run this exe and a window pops up, where you have to enter your GaGa-Account name and password again (a confirmation, that it's you who downloads the game).

After that, the actual download starts.
At the same time, GaGa puts a new folder in your downloads called "GamersGate temporary files".

When the download of the game files is done, you have to install the game.
After the installation process is done, a window pops up saying something like:
"Installation finished, do you want to:
a) Remove temporary files
b) Keep temporary files

The second option is for when you want to re-install the game later on. It saves you the re-download.

Once you confirmed your choice, you start the game, enter the activation code - done.

As far as I can tell I answered your question. What did I miss?

That's accurate, but it's still important to note that what that gives you is an encrypted backup.

Ah, sorry, I misread you on my phone's screen. I thought you said it doesn't answer your question. :P

It doesn't look promising. At one time we had Recettear and Chantelise here, but no Fortune Summoners. When GOG moved their legal location from Cyprus to Poland some games were removed because they didn't get a chance to redo the contracts. Carpe Fulgur's releases were amongst them and still haven't returned, which doesn't exactly bode well for getting FS here.

Like SirPrimalform said, officially, the games aren't DRM-free even when advertised as such, but the workaround is simple, and if you use it, you do get a DRM-free installer to backup wherever you want to, and you don't ever need to use GamersGate official downloader/installer again (provided the game was advertised as DRM-free).

So Fortune Summoners is DRM-free on GamersGate, but officially GamersGate doesn't allow you free access to the DRM-free installer, which is pretty dumb and false advertising, and therefor I wouldn't have any qualms about using the workaround to get your promised DRM-free game (unless you choose to boycott them).

Before buying anything DRM FREE from gamersgate, please read this thread: https://www.gog.com/forum/general/your_regular_reminder_about_gamersgate_the_storefront_being_suspect_in_their_actions
