Hey, I used to have The Witcher 3 on my old pc, but when i got a new one and i cant see it under my account anymore. However there are still achievements visible under my account.

I still have the key from the old pc but cannot redeem it. How can i get back the game on my account?

Do you know where they got it? if it was from a grey market key reseller, the key may have been revoked. the best you can do is to conntact support and ask them

it was a cd box, pretty sure it was from a normal game shop, i tried contacting support, didnt help at all

What did the support agent say exactly? Did you attach a photo of the physical box with the code to your support ticket?

If you're still getting nowhere with the support agent, you can try sending a staff member like ponczo_ or Clownski_ a polite chat message with your support ticker number. You'll first have to change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from everyone.

first it was some virtual bot assistant that didn't get me anywhere, then it asked me if i wanted actual support from a person, after it said it couldn't create a ticket so support did nothing.

You didn't manage to contact support; that's different from support not doing anything. Try directly e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com

yeah, it said that it was already redeemed, cant use it twice
