Fever_Discordia: Yeah, Slave Zero is on the Tommo list

tfishell: At 278 votes, http://www.gog.com/wishlist/games/slave_zero, I'd like to mark it as "completed", and it appears the game can utilize nGlide - http://www.zeus-software.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=509

... but much of the reception to the game seems negative - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Slave_Zero#Critical_reception.

With some degree of objectivity, can you say the game is actually decent?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXM93fKRarY does make it seem like a fun shoot 'em up! Hopefully the OST will be included. :)

I had it on DreamCast but trying to control it with the DC joypad was horrible, it looked really cool if only you could have a go with keyboard and mouse though - Big, but fluid robot shooter
Most of the criticisms seems to be that it gets repetitive though, which isn't something you'd pick up from early impressions and the controls put me off from playing it for long

G-Doc: *snicker*
Is this supposed to help or mock our efforts?

Novotnus: - 4 pictures,
- 3 of them are blurry,
Not only that, but 1 in focus, 2 slightly out of focus, 1 very out of focus.
Come on, it's a fuzzy PC motherboard !

P.C. Fuzz. Yayyyyyy. AT LAST !
Chip's Challenge... somehow...?

Master Reboot would work in many ways if it wasn't new, but these enigmatic hints don't HAVE to be for old classics - Two Worlds 2 was teased that one time...

HypersomniacLive: Well from all the possible <Master something> or <something Master> games on MobyGames, the ones that fit the score condition TET mentioned earlier this month, are Dungeon Master and Chronomaster - probably more likely the former than the latter.

I was also thinking that there are four pics which could imply "Masters", but couldn't come up with a good fit on MobyGames.
Wait, what 'score condition' that TET mentioned? Please link!

Test Drive 3? Is that considered a classic?

Chuck's Challenge was recently released - http://store.steampowered.com/app/262590/ - but that seems to have been built around the Steam architecture so I dunno if it'd see a DRM-free release.

I think it was in the original "we're going to regional pricing thread", so make sure you look only for "blue" posts. ;) AKA search with the gear.

Maybe this one? http://www.gog.com/forum/general/letter_from_the_md_about_regional_pricing/post2115/?staff=yes

THIS ONE (I believe):

TET gave that as an illustration of the fact that most "classic" games either weren't very good or weren't much-requested by the community. I don't think he was actually saying that GOG has a hard-and-fast requirement for MobyGames scores.

Sorry for the late reply, tfishell already linked to the post I was referring to (though I got the time frame wrong).

Read TET analysis here - keywords being:

Games with a MobyRank or MobyScore of over 70 are likely prospects.

[...] a good enough MobyScore where it's a hot prospect.
EDIT:

Not saying that, but they seem to weight MobyRank/ MobyScore in.

Thanks - there's some interesting blue text tip-bits in that thread but I could never wade through the mountains of butt-hurt and moaning to get to it!

'Alien Rape Escape' is freeware is anyone's curious, BTW:

Back to the hint:

Driver 3? (or 'Driv3r', whatever)

You don't have to - just click on that nut like icon with the exclamation mark in the centre on the left of the "Replies" column and you get only to read the blue text posts.

Cool Cheer!

Hard Reset? Nah, close but doesn't quite work...
Something published by Focus Multimedia or Focus Home Interactive, maybe? None of the names on those lists jump out at me as obviously fitting the rest of the clue, though.
