For some reason everytime a new update rules out i always getting an error when i want to install it so i have to deinstall galaxy and reinstall it from scratch. Anyone else?

You don't have to uninstall.

Lately the GalaxyService was broken and updates didn't work.

What works is to download the installer and update Galaxe right after Windows start, before you opened the old client, because after closing some files are still locked.

Apparently that was fixed with the latest version, we'll see how it goes in the future.
