Dear lovely GOG forum, I've got to share my excitement with you!
On Wednesday, 4th of February, 9 pm GMT/ 4pm EST/1pm PST, I'll stream Ultima Underworld on GOG's twitch account.

And... Tim Stellmach (Ultima Underworld, Thief, System Shock, and many more), Sara Girard (Wizards of the Coast, Jumala) and maybe even more team members from Otherside Entertainment will be there in the chat!

That is more than twice cool because not only are they veterans of the entertainment industry but they also have a kickstarter for a new Underworld game called "Underworld Ascendant" starting that very day!

15 minutes until we enter The Abyss! Waaahhhh!

I have a question about this game... why can't I sleep. Every time I use my sleeping bag I die. I was trying to have patience with an old game but this is annoying me to death. I by mistake went to the 3rd level pretty early, killed a few things, and my HP was down to 3, now every time I use the sleeping bag I die.

Okay, quick question here. Why did you think asking a question like this in a 2264 day old thread was a good idea instead of just using the game subforum?

Man, that must've felt great for Stellmach: First you whore yourself out for gog's Twitch channel, then have your game refused by uppity "curators".

Must've also felt great for those Kickstarter backers who put money into this game, fully expecting there to be a gog version (considering gog was at the forefront of shilling for their Kickstarter) and getting shafted.

I'm not all that familiar with Ultima Underworld's mechanics. Just a wild guess: Maybe your character is hungry and starves to death while sleeping? Or you have an open wound that needs healing, otherwise you bleed out in your sleep?
