I received this email today. No, It´s not solved. I want a refund and I will not give up. If I dont have my money back, no doubt, this is a con. If GOG service is extremely overwhelmed, Why dont put and advice before I pay for nothing here? Something, like be adviced theres a strong chance to wait more than 30 days for a refund.
