And should I continue trusting in gog?. My answer is NO. There´s a problem when a company offers a refund policy and when I submit a request I have to choose other 'problem type' other order-related issued. There´s no direct way to ask for a refund. There´s no barriers when I pay. Now seems I have to wait, until someone -it is not known when- answers my request, not an useless automatic answer.

It seems to be a bug on our side. It's already reported and our team is working on it.
For now, please request a refund choosing some different category, but mention in the title that it's about a refund :) Our system should categorize it properly.

I received this email today. No, It´s not solved. I want a refund and I will not give up. If I dont have my money back, no doubt, this is a con. If GOG service is extremely overwhelmed, Why dont put and advice before I pay for nothing here? Something, like be adviced theres a strong chance to wait more than 30 days for a refund.
