falster: hi, lately in my quest to try and get interested in the slightly more obscure sports and games of those sports, i stumbled across the AFL live series from australia.

i got afl live 2, and as with all ps3 games, its fine, region free and works and downloads patches, same as a us game, NCAA football for example.

however, i cant for the life of me buy the dlc that they released the other day to update the game to 2014 rosters and various other additions.

ive tried...

psn card, but it wont let me use a uk one on an australian psn profile (which i had to create anyway in order to see the dlc in the store)

paypal wont let me add funds to wallet either.

and visa card wont work either.....

kind of stuck, any other ideas?

what would your thoughts be on buying an australian psn card from fleabay (just seen one on there) would that work to top up my wallet do you think?
