Is there a possibility we might see this in the near future? I believe it is one of the most underrated games ever.

No idea if it could or not, but there's about a dozen copies on Amazon right now if you want to try and grab one. A new copy only runs $6 U.S.D.

Is that not a picture from 2004? At the time CDP was translating some games, could not this be the reason the logo is there?

It's just a scan from a retail edition. And the logo doesn't mean anything. What's written there is actually something like "Translation and exclusive distribution in Poland by CDProject" I wouldn't hold my breath...

I guess you are right. Yet the availability of Cryo Interactive makes it possible (along with UBIK, another awesome underrated game).

"Black Moon Chronicles" and "Ubik" are both tied to other IPs (comic series in the first case, book in the second).

That doesn't make a release impossible, but usually much harder to achieve, since the contracts that were made to produce this game would usually require the rights holder of the IP to have to agree to a re-release.

The comic series has the same name as the game, I don't know anything about it except that it exists.

"Ubik" is a book by Philip K. Dick. You may know him from movies like Blade Runner, Totall Recall, The Adjustment Bureau, Minority Report, A Scanner Darkly, or Impostor, which are all inspired by his works. However, like the game "Ubik", the connection between the movies and the stories is very loose. Ubik was (in my opinion) Dick's greatest work, and the game grasps perhaps 20% of that.

Oh man, I hope so. I never played Black Moon Chronicles but I played the MMO and I liked the setting and the style but couldn't quite stand the game.

I used to buy my games abroad so I rarely played Polish versions. But that just sounds hilarious!
