And that is why I thank the gods for the mbnet system i use. And also for gog to start using paysafe card method.

But really that fraud prevention system is starting to be a pain in A. It only prevents honest people from doing business and at most it only slows down any real comited "fraudist".
My bank's a tad over-protective of my card when I buy anything from GOG, so I just signed up for a Paypal account and pay through them instead. Problem solved!

I just bought a copy of that game for you! No worries.

Awesome! If you're talking about Shelter, I missed it while logging in!

Yep, that's the game.
I use PayPal's Bill Me Later to lump transactions together then pay off the PayPall bill in one swoop; it's not a bad compromise although GOG implementing their own feature would be better.
I have noticed that GOG has been pooling transactions lately. For example if I buy four games over a two or three day period they are all lumped together and charged as one transaction. Maybe it is my bank doing that? I am not really sure.

Wow, this is so embarrassing after such kindness, but I checked my messages this morning and saw this, and initially replied I wasn't interested in the code (for selfish reasons, I wasn't going to buy it and therefore didn't want anyone else buying it for me either) but then realized this kind person may have purchased it specifically for this purpose, so proposed a trade, which was accepted.

So then, after all of that, I go to claim the code for Shelter and.... well, look at the screenshot. I swear to Gog I had completely forgotten that.

So the bottom line is this mixup is 100% my fault, and I do apologize to everyone, but especially to djdarko for such kindness.

That's good. I'll have to see if the same thing happens for me. I was kind of surprised that I bought several games yesterday within an hour or two as separate transactions without my card getting locked down (which happens to me on every big sale where I make more than one or two transactions in a short period of time). It would make perfect sense if GOG is combining transactions, at least during the sale.

As I said, mine did get locked down while trying to buy my 20th game yesterday, and I looked at the credit card statement and no, they were not combined. Each purchase showed up as a separate purchase.

I just checked and mine were individual charges too. I bought six games yesterday (I had it trigger on my second or third game on the previous sale) but I guess they were spaced out enough this time.

In any case I think it would be a good idea if GOG did combine transactions on sale days like this (or at least give the option to). Or maybe a wallet feature like Steam which has been my workaround for when Steam had flash sales.
