Why didn't they make a "complete" single edition of this game?

Not in but the thread title is making me nuts. Every time I see "Owlverlord" all I think of is Elmer Fudd trying to say, "Overlord".

Sadly, not enough people backed to make it a complete release from the start (close, but no cigar). But they should have released it as a patch for Twisted Dreams instead.
