I'm just backing up some data using Control Panel > System and Security > Backup your computer, and have maxed out my external HDD.

Two quick questions which I can't find a definitive solution elsewhere:

1) Is there a way of getting my backup to recognise files that I've deleted on my HDD and automatically remove them from the shadow copy as well? - when I next run backup.

2) I know how to view backed-up files on my external HDD but is there a way to manually deleted individual unwanted files?
