Wanted to pre-order Witcher 3, but have to pay EU zone price living in CIS. Other folks from different cities in Russia told that they have lower price. Is there something wrong with IP recognition?

P.S.
Don't start that @Why Russians pay less for games@ thing. We here have far lesser salaries on our jobs then in EU.

IP blocks get reassigned all the time. There are various services that provide geolocation info for IPs, but they have to maintain their databases. If the service that GOG is using, has an outdated database, then such issues may appear.

Contact GOG support to inform them of the problem. They won't reply during the weekend (most probably), but they will fix the issue.
