My brother gave me Singularity for Christmas last year. It has become one of my favorite shooters! Overpowered mayhem is probably the best way I can describe this game. Definitely voted! :)

Not really. I thought it was pretty flaccid and overtly derivative.

Also, you have the power to manipulate time, something that should be amazingly cool. What do you do with that power? Fix staircases and rebuild crates... *fart noises*
I check some videos and it looks very nice, voted!
Ok, I thought I was getting a bit FPS shootered out as I have a huge arsenal of FPS games, many of which I haven't even had a chance to install or look at yet let alone complete... so I'm hesitant to add more...

... but...

This game looks friggen awesome and I haven't even watched the whole video yet. I would totally buy this if it came to GOG for sure, looks awesome! :)

Yeah, the game does look fun. I wonder if GOG has any other Activision games. If they do, that would increase the chance of GOG getting Singularity!
It's a cool game. Borrows a bit of Bioshock and Half-Life 2.

Went under the radar, deserves a bit more exposure I think.

They do, type "activision" into the search box at the top, click on one of the games and look at the game card, then click on the Publisher: Activision link to get a list. That doesn't raise the chances of other games coming here from Activision any statistically significant amount though if you look at the last time one got added or how often it happens. There are Ubisoft and EA games in the catalogue too but the chances of us seeing any more titles from them come here are very slim too. None of those companies really embrace DRM-free for the most part and any games they have here now are probably just a toe-in-the-water experiment to see how well the store does for them compared to others and to be able to measure piracy rates from Steam compared to GOG in torrent sites versus sales etc. I imagine most of these big companies will yank their games from GOG the first time something pops up where they'd have to issue a major patch to one of the games, such as Bohemia just did with ArmA etc. If they have to do something like replace Gamespy with something else, or some other big enough job to update a game, IMHO they'll do it once, ship it to Steam, yank it from GOG and call it a day.

I might sound like a pessimist for saying that, but it comes from a place of trying to be a realist than anything based on personal perceptions of things that happened previously. The real driving factor is that our purchases here have to be of sufficient volume for these companies to perceive that expending any extra effort to patch the games just for GOG is going to be worth the effort in return on investment compared to say Steam etc. and if not they probably walk. Again, hopefully Galaxy will lower the effort for things like multiplayer, achievements etc. in the future but it's anyone's guess really. I just get the impression that any of the big guys that are here with a few games already are just here experimentally and low priority or we'd see some new releases from them or even a bone thrown over the fence that is 5 years old or more once in a while.
That's too bad. But hopefully it won't be impossible for GOG to get any more Activision games.

It's such a pity time manipulation always ends up as a gimmick. I haven't played much but I've heard the strategy game has a pretty cool time jump feature and [url=http://store.steampowered.com/app/290320]Project Temporality uses it as a puzzle feature fairly well. The challenging part, ironically, is to accomplish them quickly.

Interesting games! Here are their wishlists for GOG:
Achron
Project Temporality
Seems like a decent game, but until we can get Activision to start publishing games here again I don't think we'll see it show up.
Voted, although my hopes that this will happen are not especially high.

Singularity is one of the games that were not only fun to play, but immediately captured my gamers heard. I really don't understand why Activision virtually killed the game with silence, it has quite a lot to offer.

The story, although not groundbreaking, is interesting, the visuals are great and the weapons and the gameplay mechanics are great and so much more fun than so many (often highly praised) modern shooters. The time manipulation device alone is amazing. You can freeze enemies in a time bubble, empty your whole bloody clip into it, which makes them stop in midair first and then move on and hit your enemy all at the same moment, once the bubble breaks down, killing heavies in a very satisfying way. You can turn enemies into primordial monsters, which then will attack its former comrades - and when you hit them again, they will turn into suicide bombers. Or you simply hit enemies with the time accelerator, turning them into mummies and ultimately into dust in an instant.

And the weapons provided are fun too. Pretty much every single one of them comes with a very satisfactory "OOOMPH!", making you feel like holding something that actually packs a punch, unlike many weapons in other games. Not to mention that you can upgrade them! And the Element-99 based wapons are a joy to use - the sniper rifle with guided projectiles alone is FUN!

In the end Singularity turned out to be one of the most fun FPS I have played in quite some time, it is one of the games that will always stay on my HD (just like Painkiller or Incubation)... And that coming from a die-hard FPS fan, who started his "killergamer career" (germans will know what I mean) with "Alien Breed 3d" on the Amiga, fell in love with the genre and worked his way through pretty much every FPS he could lay his hands on.

PS: Another FPS that went almost completely under the radar and which you might want to snd should try out is "Inversion". I consider it not as good as "Singularity", but it is fun as well and where you play around with time in Singularity, in Inversion gravity is your weapon. It is a shame this game was never released in Germany. Despite some flaws, it is definitely more fun than all MW games alltogether.
That Inversion game looks cool! 'Voted!
