shardakar: I assume you mean the ones where you have to destroy the cocoons before the queens will appear? Its a little hard to describe the exact locations but, One of the sites is on the map where the tree (closest to the flotsam is next to a rive that leads down to the lake)
The other one is somewhere around the vicinity of the lake(on the map). You should have to stray too far from these areas in order to find the nests.
My apologies for my somewhat vague descriptions. I hope this helps though.
