I recently purchased Witcher 2 via the GEM promo. It's in my games 'bookshelf'. However when I attempt to access the gamecard it goes to a 404 page and when I bring up the main Witcher 2 gamecard it tells me it's on my wishlist and asks me to add it to my cart.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Works for me, but the 404 issues are something I've heard of. Quote from one of the blue ones: "We've discussed the 404 errors via e-mail internally, and have got a good idea why they occur. The Witcher 2 is the only title susceptible to this kind of issue. We will do our best to fix this tomorrow, during office hours."

Not sure about that other part, though. Might want to shoot a message to support to make sure they're aware of it.
