It seems that casting Quen is occasionally causing my attack buttons (and some signs) to stop working until a save is reloaded. Anyone else having this issue?

I had the similar problem but for me it was after the cut scene and reloading my last save didn't help I still couldn't move or attack I could just look around so I had to load the previous save and played trough without problems next time
