My native language is English and I played through TW1 always with Polish VO's because that's what I enjoyed the most. I'm trying to do the same with TW2, but two issues are making it difficult. First, the text isn't always visible because it doesn't stand out from the background graphics - there isn't enough contrast. The devs have solved this problem with the dialog responses for Geralt by surrounding it with a black halo, so there is enough contrast to make it legible. I ask that they do this with all the text so gamers like me can enjoy TW2 in Polish.

Secondly, sometimes the text is not on screen long enough for me to read because it's trying to keep up with the VO's; it doesn't happen often, but it does happen, and at some pretty crucial moments. I don't know what CD red's solution to this problem might be, but I'd love a conversation log to review the text myself.

Let me know what you guys think.

I haven't had any issues with subtitles (did a Polish runthrough too!), and I think I'd dislike it intensely if they had a black background.

Just my opinion of course.
