According to the wiki theres an armor enhancement in the game that increases sign damage by 5, which is the highest next to magic wrap which only increases sign damage by 3. However I cant seem to find any information on how to acquire a dhu bleidd. Any ideas or possibly alternatives?

Trying to remember where honestly.
I never saw them for sale but a barrel or something had Dhu bleidd and another of a similar name in one spot. Sorry I can't say where specifically but before act III and definitely found them


spoilers and edit:

okay so apparently there's a chance for the elves to drop it that ambush you during the Malena quest, but it's not guaranteed.. She tricks you into meeting her at some point
I thought I found them else where but this might be one spot.
