At GOG, we’re passionate about games — and about the people who create them. As part of our ongoing growth, we're looking for a driven and creative IT Researcher / Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team in identifying and engaging with top-tier talents. This is a project-based opportunity (approx. 3 months) with a strong focus on direct search, sourcing, candidate experience, and data-driven recruitment processes.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love connecting with people, and have a knack for finding hidden talent in unexpected places — we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and reaching out to top technology talent worldwide through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Twitter, and more
  • Mapping the technology market to stay ahead of trends and ensure we're meeting hiring needs
  • Conducting cold calls and pre-screen interviews to assess candidate fit and motivation
  • Reviewing and verifying incoming applications
  • Providing flexible support across various stages of the recruitment process, depending on evolving team and project needs

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sourcing candidates within the technology sector (software development, IT, engineering).
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
  • Familiarity with technical roles and understanding of key skills and technologies (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Ability to assess candidate profiles against job requirements quickly and accurately.
  • Experience working with ATS, preferably Traffit and recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for finding top tech talent.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level
  • Nice to have: You're familiar with Boolean search tricks and know how to turn a few keywords into a goldmine of candidate profiles.

What we offer:

  • 3-month project, contract options: B2B or contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).
  • A dynamic environment within a well-known and innovative company.
  • Work on a global, highly creative business – collaborate with passionate gamers and industry experts to redefine the digital gaming landscape.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work.
  • Supportive onboarding to help you quickly get up to speed.
