Satori Ankh Please developers, can you at least tell us why don't you implement this mode? Nothing is worst than being ignored. I don't think it is so hard to implement compared to other things like a Linux version etc.
This mode would let me say goodbye to Steam and you'll gain a lot more users for sure.

Is that really what is going on. You have to play your game through a competitor, in order to use a controller.......
MrCr4cker The lack of this mode is the only reason why I don't use this client. For now, Playnite (https://playnite.link/) seems like the best alternative.
Mystechry I use EmulationStation as a frontend launcher.

Illustrathor It's rather annoying to have to use steam as a substitute to have controller support for games bought through GoG. A native GoG functionality would be greatly appreciated
DragonsCreed007 So my biggest problem with steam has allways been how utterly horrible using steam big picture mode for anything other than browsing the game libary and changing settings for my controller is, when attempting to use the chat page, it lags out so badly and drops down to essicentally 1fps the whole time, and if GOG can do this i will love them forever as long as it actually usable

raygank This is a badly needed feature! Steam Big Picture is bloated and adding third party games to it is a pain. Playnite doesn't hold a candle to GOG Galaxy's library features. Need this!

Gareth321 With people gaming more from the couch than ever, this would be a really great feature to have. It's something Steam uses as a strong unique selling point and would certainly help people like myself migrate to and stay in the Galaxy launcher. Right now I have to stay with Steam because it's the only decent way to game from the couch.
Final_Jules This is very much needed. Even if it's not a fully streamlined interface, being able to navigate GOG Galaxy with a controller is essential.

Currently 2 killer features that keep Steam relevant to me as a launcher- Steam/Custom controller mapping, and Big Picture mode. Nail those and GOG Galaxy will be my primary launcher.
johnfernow I would switch from Steam Big Picture to GOG Galaxy 2.0 if they add this feature.
