For different reasons many games will never be published in the gog store - fuck_DRM policy (or at least gog trying to pretend to be a DRM-free store), absurd terms of cooperation that gog is pushing, support policy that is completely frustrating and disappointing, and of course non-professional personnel.

Number of Teams:
Two: Escort and Ambush.
Number of Rounds: 5
Game Mode Parameters:
For Escort Team-
All NON-VIP Escort players will have full access to unrestricted weapons loadouts and perks.
Special Slot System used to store favorite VIP loadouts in pregame VIP game Mode.
One player is chosen at random to be the VIP per round. The VIPs loadout should be limited with low caliber weapons to include SMG class, handgun class, or Melee only weapons.
Any chosen weapon will be limited to three magazines with no primary or secondary grenades. Only boots perk system is allowed for the VIP class.
The VIP will spawn at a random location on the Map closest to Escort team initially unknown to the ambush team.
The Escort team will know the location of the VIP only if the VIP decides to activate their GPS location beacon, which can be turned on and off at any given time by the VIP.
The VIP will be unable to use VOIP with the Escort team while the GPS beacon is deactivated. The VIPs VOIP COMMs only work when the GPS beacon is activated.
For Ambush Team-
All ambush players will have full access to unrestricted weapons loadouts and perks.
Near the Ambush Spawn there is a COMMS backpack on the ground that only one player can pick and occupy at any given time during the match.
The COMMs backpack will drop on players death. Ambush players possession of the COMMs backpack enables the detection and location of the HVT based off the VIP's Active GPS Beacon.
Once the GPS beacon is activated by the VIP, the Ambush player with the COMMs Backpack will be able to see the VIPS location updated at X second intervals on their mini map and relay that intel to the rest of the Ambush Team.
The COMMs Backpack can be retrieved by the enemy Escort team losing the Ambush team’s ability to track the VIPs location.
Match Winning Losing Parameter Outcomes:
Based on the size of the map, the objective of the Escort team is to Exvil the VIP to One of the 2 or 3 extraction zones alive winning the match.
The objective for Ambush Team is to eliminate the VIP/HVT before extracting to an Exvil zone.
If the VIP is not extracted in time the Ambush team wins.
If the Escort team kills all OPFOR Ambush combatant players or is successful escorting the VIP safely to an extraction point within the given time limit, the Escort Team wins the match.
If the Escort team runs out of time trying to Exvil the VIP Ambush team automatically wins the Match.
If the VIP/HVT is eliminated after all VIP revives have been exhausted the Ambush team wins the match.

I would really love to see all PC COD from COD1 to World at War, all DLC included, on GOG.
aristaslavver32 I'd love to see COD 1 - World at war here on GOG with all the DLC's. I think MW2 was where they started implementing DRM by linking it to Steam.
vandrei I would also love this COD and its expansion COD:UO to be added to the gog catalogue.I just finished medal of honor AA and i have to say that COD 1 lives up to that level.I would surely buy it from GOG.

RedGumBear Make this game again, the best fps ever along side with the expansion pack United Offensive and the official extra map pack. Then its rock and roll time. Played them a lot at Lan party's years ago, so much more fun than the games today.

doogerie Call of Duty was an amazing game it dealt with the subject matter well treating it with the respect that it deserves and the trailer was just beautiful. you were not a hero or a one man killing mechanic (I am looking at you Medal of honour) you were just a guy in the army

robodonut 'Franchise that killed gaming'? The first Call of Duty is one of the greatest first person shooters ever made. It was so good that it managed to stand out from the crowd at a time when the market was already saturated with WWII FPS games. Regardless of where the franchise went and whatever qualms you may have with the newer installments, it does not change the fact that the original CoD was a landmark game.
