It's unlikely you're going to get a GOG Galaxy iOS app until somebody beats some sense into Apple. If Steam, Stadia, and Project xCloud are all getting blocked, Galaxy isn't going to happen. As an account management interface, it'd be "acceptable," but you'll never be able to stream games from it.
