by BlueGiant Interactive
Genres:Strategy, Indie, Platform, Puzzle, Real Time Strategy (RTS)
Themes:Action, Science fiction
Game modes:Single player, Co-operative, Multiplayer
Story:Apox is a real-time strategy game that uniquely includes gameplay concepts from first-person shooters. Like in a FPS, you can prone, crouch, switch active weapons, throw grenades, and loot corpses. Soldiers in Apox have limited ammo, but ammo sharing is done seamlessly. Soldiers can be placed in vehicles, and this essentially lets you create your own unit designs. Apox keeps everything that makes RTS great like making bases, controlling strategic sites, and managing your resources.Show more

Jurassic War
Jurassic WarJurassic War is another real-time strategy of its age. There are many similar strategies which are mostly much better, however this one use some different approach, which makes the game worth trying. The game mechanic is pretty simple and even sometimes it is quite hard to make your units do whatever they should do. They mostly disobey especially in a crowded areas but it is quite normal for such games. This game has a quite different approach compared to the classic strategy line. Your main resource is food, which is not harvested in some sort but your units must hunt the wild animals to collect it. Collected food must be brought to the food storage. You can build a different buildings in this game, you train a builder for a food who can build the requested building or fight your foes in the meantime. There are plenty of factions, every one with some special ability. Your army consists basically of dinosaurs and humans and everyone gets improved over time so it is good to train some special soldiers in your army who will be better that 10 rookies. Dinosaurs are tougher, but humans can collect numerous objects and use them as a weapons. (such as shields, stones, spears, bows, magical talismans and much more.)

Monster Hunter
Monster HunterMonster Hunter is an online action-hunting game by CAPCOM for the PlayStation 2 released on March 11th, 2004 in Japan, and September 21st, 2004 in North America. The game is a fantasy hunting simulator filled with many deadly monsters. Like actual hunting, successfully killing or capturing the monsters requires significant strategy, skill and involved resource management. While initially considered a commercial failure, Monster Hunter would go on to become one of CAPCOM's highest selling franchises. Despite featuring an offline mode, Monster Hunter was primarily an online game. The official servers were shut down on December 31, 2007 in North America and Europe, and July 1, 2011 in Japan. This means that it is now impossible to play online on official CAPCOM servers. Despite this, the game still features a small active community on private servers.
