I bought the Switch port with a free code for Bayonetta 1 during the pandemic because a classmate recommended it to me. Knowing next to nothing about this franchise, I got buyers remorse, but after playing the two, I think it was one of the best decisions I've made in my life lmao this game is a step up from 1 on so many levels. The gameplay is fast and real fun, the graphics are more beautiful, the character designs are nothing short of amazing, and it's as campy as ever. The difficulty is up a notch given the shorter Witch Times and Umbran Climax is too heavily relied on, but I still think it's my favorite game of the 3 main Bayo games. This, B3, and Origins deserve to have ports. More people need to play the games of this franchise.

i have no memory of it, because i've never played it, since nintendo locked it to the wii or switch or whatever... so, if we can get it on pc, that would be great.

I played Bayonetta 1 on PC but I bought the Switch only for Bayonetta 2 and 3. Didn't really buy any other games for the Switch. The franchise means a lot to me.

First played Bayonetta 1 on the ps3, then Bayo 2 on the wii, and last bought all of them for the switch including Cereza and The Lost Demons, love this franchise so much, my favourite Hack n’ Slash, and i just can’t get enough of bayonetta. I love this franchise so much.
Absolute blast when i got into this series fully back in 2022! This is one of thr best in the entire genre and it alleviates the awful QTE deaths of the first game here!
This game was the introduction to the series for me when I was 14. I knew nothing about the game but the combat and music has stuck with me ever since! This game deserves a port on PC!

One of the best action games ever made. I bought it used and somehow it still had the first game code intact. It was amazing and I still go back to beat it multiple times per year. I love this game so so much, just wish we could elevate it with PC hardware
Why Bayonetta 2 Needs to Happen on GOG Bayonetta 2 is one of the most exhilarating, stylish, and mechanically refined action games ever made — and it deserves a DRM-free release on GOG. Originally launched in 2014 as a Wii U exclusive and later ported to the Nintendo Switch, this sequel takes everything great about the original Bayonetta and dials it up to 11: faster combat, more outrageous set pieces, slick visuals, and a tighter narrative. Releasing Bayonetta 2 on GOG would not only preserve this action classic for future generations, but it would also provide players the freedom to own and enjoy the game on their terms — without the restrictions of digital rights management or mandatory launchers. GOG has become a sanctuary for legendary titles, and Bayonetta 2 fits right into that legacy. The game’s combat system is a masterclass in responsiveness and creativity, rewarding players who take the time to learn its depth. Witch Time, Torture Attacks, and Umbran Climax return with enhancements that make every battle feel like a choreographed dance of destruction. And let’s not forget the boss fights — absolutely bonkers in scale and spectacle. Bringing Bayonetta 2 to GOG also paves the way for the full trilogy to live on one platform, giving fans the ability to experience Bayonetta’s entire journey DRM-free, with controller support, high-performance PC features, and potential extras like concept art and soundtracks. Bayonetta 2 on GOG isn't just a wish — it's a necessity for fans of action games, digital preservation, and player choice.
Bayonetta 2 is a game that I have not played so far, but had fond memories watching as a kid in 2014-15. It looks amazing, even on Wii U and Switch specs, and the fact that this game and 3 are not on PC/PS4/PS5/Xbox is abysmal in a way, even when Nintendo owns the IP, adding to the fact that Bayonetta 1 is on PS4/PC/Xbox since Sega published that game. I do hope that Nintendo gives porting games a chance and releases 2 and 3 on PC, even with their own digital storefront similar to Steam and Epic Games, and even GOG. I especially want this game along with 3 on GOG because they deserve to be preserved more than just being on one or two Nintendo platforms, and then it is constantly being ported on multiple future Nintendo consoles. Even if this is 95% not happening anytime soon, I am still hopeful that Nintendo could port their games on PC in any way, maybe GOG. But still, I believe one of the realistic outcomes for Nintendo to port some of their games on PC would be to make their very own digital storefront, a PC eShop, similar to Steam, GOG and Epic Games, but with Nintendo games exclusive to their storefront.
Those games also need your vote!

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake EaterMetal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is the follow up to Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. It is the first prequel in the series, taking the series to the year 1964. The player takes the role as the series' original antagonist, Big Boss, then known as Naked Snake. MGS3 is the first game in the series to take place in a jungle. This unique setting created an opportunity for new mechanics. The player can adapt to the environment by swapping Snake's camouflage, hunt animals and gather plants for food. This iteration in the series introduced a new feature in which the player must apply medicine and perform medical procedures on Snake if he is damaged in combat. Apart from the survival themed features, the controls and gameplay of the game are very similar to Metal Gear Solid 2. Like other Metal Gear games, the focus is on stealth, but the player can go through the entire game like a shooter if they choose to. Throughout the game Snake acquires weapons of all types; non-lethal firearms, handguns, sniper rifles, machine guns, shotguns, sub-machine guns, and explosives. Metal Gear Solid 3 was the first game to implement the CQC (close quarters combat) system. CQC allowed Snake to beat enemies down to knock them out, or put them in a chokehold to knock them out, kill them, or and/or question them. Metal Gear Solid 3's health system required the player to occasionally pause the game and treat Snake's ailments. When Snake is shot, there is a chance that the bullet didn't pass through him, requiring the player to use a knife to remove the bullet, apply disinfectant, apply styptic and bandage the wound. This was done through a submenu in the pause screen. Other ailments the player must treat Snake for include: leeches, broken bones, burns, cut, arrow/bolts/needles, stomach sickness, colds, and food/venom poisoning. Adding to the survival elements of the game, Snake Eater lives up to its name by requiring the player to scavenge food for Snake. Under the life bar there is stamina bar. If Snake does not eat any food the bar depletes, causing various effects. When the stamina bar is low, the player's ability to aim is severely handicapped, Snake's hands will shake in the first person aiming mode. Just like real life, Snake's stomach can also rumble, enemy soldiers can hear this, and will be alerted to Snake's presence.
