Story:Clonk Rage is the last title in the "Clonk" series from proprietor Matthes Bender of RedWolf Design, released originally in 2007 and as freeware around 2014. The content of the game is largely similar to the previous release, Clonk Endeavour, simulating nimble workers called "Clonks" that can be controlled en masse directly or via mouse commands to mine, build, and--in the oldest custom of the series--fight in a lighthearted melee.Show more

This game is a must-have! Although it is possible to play it by checking out Legacy Clonk, the dedicated community works tirelessly in their limited free time to keep it alive and running. While it's functional, with the expertise of GOG's talented developers and their potential reach, this game could truly be taken to the next level. Its mod-friendly nature means that, with a larger player base and fan support, the possibilities are endless. In the past, Clonk had a modest but loyal following and boasted an array of fantastic mods and scenario packs. There were countless PvP leagues with diverse game modes such as Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, Last Clonk Standing, Medieval Mage Wars and many more beyond that. Decades ago, I had a blast playing locally or in split-screen mode with my friends, digging for gold, tampering with the forces of nature or causing chaos. The game’s modding tools were so accessible that I even crafted a bomb that could practically vaporise an entire map (if it wasn’t maximum size), complete with a stoppable timer for dramatic effect. The Mage Battles were epic, letting you wield the elements like an Avatar and unleash havoc with nature's forces. Those were truly unforgettable times. Here's hoping this gem gets the revival it truly deserves! Cheers!

Spherical
SphericalSolomon's Key is a clear conceptual influence for this action puzzler. Our hero must guide a ball through a level to the spot marked 'In', by creating and removing blocks to alter its path. The game is prevented from being a pure clone due to the ball, which moves automatically once activated, and can be controlled by using strategically-placed blocks. Simply reaching the ball usually involves modifying the level layout using these bricks. There are enemies moving on fixed paths which must be avoided, and bonus items to collect. Also watch for bonuses such as invincibility, gravity-alteration and teleporting. You take time to rotate, so the controls aren't truly immediate. The ball takes 20 seconds to start moving, so use this time to plan ahead.

The Lord of the Rings: Journey to Rivendell
The Lord of the Rings: Journey to RivendellThe Lord of the Rings: Journey to Rivendell has been the subject of speculation for many years by Atari collectors. Now one of the most sought-after Atari 2600 prototypes is finally available. What's the story, you ask? Way back in 1983 Parker Brothers featured this game in one of their catalogs. Video game and Tolkien fans alike were excited by this announcement, but the wait would be in vain. Lord of the Rings was never released, and Parker Brothers reportedly informed people that called and asked for the game that it was sold out in an attempt to cover up for the fact that it was never published.
