Conflict Global Terror / Storm was the last 'real' Conflict type game with 4 playable characters doing almost the impossible to stop the bad guys, whoever they might be. It was also the first time the campaign took the player around the world, and not just one set piece. On the highest difficulty, the game can be unforgiving, and it will not hold your hand. A mission run could end just because you told your team to follow you around the corner where a tank was waiting.
Out of all the Conflict Series games on PC, this is the only one that has coop multiplayer, making it unique in that sense. Since the game has not been publicly sold, the multiplayer is almost non-existent. A special group of diehard fans have been trying to keep it alive and its admirable. Hopefully, this game can be revived so we can play it with friends.
Damals auf PS2 rauf & runter gespielt.. Mal Taktisch schleichend, mal einfach alles umgeballert, was sich bewegt hat.. Solide Rahmenhandlung, gute Sounds und Grafik, Steuerung durchdacht.. Recht Umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Vor allem mit Freunden an einer Konsole war das Game unfassbar nice. Leider vermisst man das Spiel heutzutage sehr, da es nirgends verkauft wird. Die Vorgänger sind leider zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Grafik, Steuerung usw) und der einzige Nachfolger ist leider unfassbar schlecht. Ein Must Have der PS2 Zeit.
This game was the best back in the day, when you could play online trough gamespy, when it was active. Managed to complete most of the game silently which was challenging and took some time to clear everything without a wrong decision, had few friends at that time who knew what to do same as me. This was 1 of my childhood favorites, used to play combined with xfire, had many hours, and i think i had the max rank on this game. And i would love to play this on GOG, maybe if its possible GOG could bring back servers for online play. This is a 9/10 game for me.

The gameplay follows the recipe from Doom RPG as it is shown in the first person while being a turn-based role-playing game rather than a shooter and puts emphasis on the plot. Combat and movement are turn-based, allowing the player time to select their responses in combat. The player turns at 90 degree angles and moves space by space. One step or action by the player allows all other characters in the area to take one step or action themselves. The game takes advantage of its deliberately slow pace, encouraging players to take their time and check out every little corner, read the books on every bookshelf, and destroy all the furniture to see if anything is hidden within. Levels include underground passages and weapon development laboratories plus a level involving a moving vehicle.
The game also includes two mini games: the card game War as well as Chicken Kicking, where the player is awarded points for kicking a chicken into a score area.Action Historical
Dragon FighterThe player takes control of a magical human fighter who has the ability to transform himself into a flying dragon. As the fighter, the player can run, crouch, jump, and attack with his sword as he would in most side-scrolling action games. Underneath his life gauge is a "metamorphosis gauge" that will gradually be filled as the player destroys his enemies. When the metamorphosis gauge begins to flash, the player can transform into the dragon by pressing up and A button after jumping. As a dragon, the player will hover in the air while the screen scrolls automatically to the right, similarly to a side-scrolling shoot-'em-up game. The dragon's main attack is his fire breath. While the player can fly in any of the eight directions, they cannot turn around and the dragon will only face and attack to the right. While in dragon, the player's metamorphosis gauge will gradually be drained out. The player will transform back to a fighter if the metamorphosis gauge empties out completely or when the player rapidly taps the A button again.
As the fighter, the player can also shoot a projectile attack by holding the B button until the character begins to flash. The types of projectile fired by the player depends on the color of the player's outfit, which can be changed by picking up certain power-up items labeled with the letters G (green, the player's default color), B (blue), and R (red). Changing the color of the player's outfit will also change the pattern of the dragon's fire breath attack. Other power-ups includes energy restoring potions, a flower that helps fill the metamorphosis gauge faster, and a ring that destroys all on-screen enemies. At the end of each stage, the player will receive a staff that will increase their maximum health.
There are six stages in all, each with their own guardian awaiting to challenge the warrior at the end. The game will end if the player loses all of their life power and only three chances are provided to continue at the stage where they died before the player is forced to start all over.Action Fantasy

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake EaterMetal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater is the follow up to Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty. It is the first prequel in the series, taking the series to the year 1964. The player takes the role as the series' original antagonist, Big Boss, then known as Naked Snake.
MGS3 is the first game in the series to take place in a jungle. This unique setting created an opportunity for new mechanics. The player can adapt to the environment by swapping Snake's camouflage, hunt animals and gather plants for food. This iteration in the series introduced a new feature in which the player must apply medicine and perform medical procedures on Snake if he is damaged in combat. Apart from the survival themed features, the controls and gameplay of the game are very similar to Metal Gear Solid 2. Like other Metal Gear games, the focus is on stealth, but the player can go through the entire game like a shooter if they choose to. Throughout the game Snake acquires weapons of all types; non-lethal firearms, handguns, sniper rifles, machine guns, shotguns, sub-machine guns, and explosives.
Metal Gear Solid 3 was the first game to implement the CQC (close quarters combat) system. CQC allowed Snake to beat enemies down to knock them out, or put them in a chokehold to knock them out, kill them, or and/or question them.
Metal Gear Solid 3's health system required the player to occasionally pause the game and treat Snake's ailments. When Snake is shot, there is a chance that the bullet didn't pass through him, requiring the player to use a knife to remove the bullet, apply disinfectant, apply styptic and bandage the wound. This was done through a submenu in the pause screen. Other ailments the player must treat Snake for include: leeches, broken bones, burns, cut, arrow/bolts/needles, stomach sickness, colds, and food/venom poisoning.
Adding to the survival elements of the game, Snake Eater lives up to its name by requiring the player to scavenge food for Snake. Under the life bar there is stamina bar. If Snake does not eat any food the bar depletes, causing various effects. When the stamina bar is low, the player's ability to aim is severely handicapped, Snake's hands will shake in the first person aiming mode. Just like real life, Snake's stomach can also rumble, enemy soldiers can hear this, and will be alerted to Snake's presence.Action Fantasy Historical Stealth Survival Drama
