The first three Splinter Cell games were the best in my eyes. That's how stealth games have to be. You can save whenever you want in order to find the exact gap through which you can get from A to B unseen. I love this type of game. Even if I don't really agree with the stereotypes in Splinter Cell - the gameplay itself is absolutely irresistible.
This was actually the first Splinter Cell game I ever played and it was also the first video game that really got me into video games. I remember the first night I played it I was absolutely blown away by it. I was hooked. Instantly hooked. I never knew video games could be so realistic. I felt so immersed like I was actually there in Indonesia sneaking through the tropical shadows. I remember being in awe the first time I used the thermal goggles. I thought that was the greatest thing ever. From that first night I became a huge fan of Sam Fisher. I don't care what anyone says, Spliner Cell is the greatest stealth series ever.

As the second entry in the Splinter Cell franchise, Pandora Tomorrow elevated everything that made the original great—tight stealth gameplay, tactical level design, and cinematic storytelling. It introduced improved AI, dynamic lighting, and smarter enemy behaviors, pushing the boundaries of what stealth games could do in the early 2000s.
Stealth Refined
The game embraced slower, more methodical gameplay, encouraging players to think like a spy. Sam Fisher’s iconic gadgets, from sticky cameras to silenced pistols and night-vision goggles, were put to full use in well-crafted missions set in places like Jerusalem, Paris, and Indonesia.
Revolutionary Multiplayer
Pandora Tomorrow broke new ground with its Spies vs. Mercs multiplayer mode. This asymmetrical gameplay, where stealthy players face off against heavily armed guards, was innovative and ahead of its time—paving the way for future multiplayer stealth-action hybrids.
Why It Needs to Be on GOG

I don't know why Ubisoft never added this version to the digital release, but I suspect it might be because this is outsourced out of Shanghai and Milan studios. However, I don't think this is a sequel, but rather an expansion to the first game, since Chaos Theory is considered a true sequel. I doubt they'll bring this back, but if they did, just included this game as a DLC.
Also this game is set in my country. Indonesian is really mindblowing that this Darah & Doa terrorist group reminds my whole country of that terrorist plot back in 2002 incident in Bali.
I found this game very frustrating playing on xbox, it's very flawed in my eyes. However some missions are really great and let you ghost.
Splinter Cell is one of my favourite series of all time and the fact that this game isn't really available on PC stores is a huge shame.
It is an absolute necessity that this game be brought back to life by GOG. A graphical issue in the PC version related to shadows has rendered this game 100% abandoned by its publisher. As far as I know, this is the only Splinter Cell game that is impossible to buy digitally on PC in any capacity. There are few games more fitting of GOG's mission of preservation than this classic, genre-defining game that has been abandoned to the void by its publisher and I can't think of anyone more suitable than GOG to drag this game back from the depths of the abyss of neglect its been cast into.
We already have the first Splinter Cell on GOG, so let's make this one a reality.
