Wow, I remember playing this game a long time ago! It's a first person platformer puzzle game from 1998. I recall having a blast with it. It was really difficult so I never managed to play it. I hope to see it here because the game is kinda difficult to get running on modern machines. Please GOG!
This was a surprisingly well done and fun platformer, it was first person and based off the old Montezuma's revenge video game from the 80s. I remember back then it was required to have a voodoo card so I can never get this game to run on future hardware. I would believe this is very much playable today and would be a great addition to good old games.
I got this game ages ago on a PC Gaming Magazine CD-ROM as the full version and i loved it!
The dream-like level design, the mysterious music and fun but not too hard puzzles are what drew me in from the start.
It's a fun 3D platformer that would look great even today thanks to its stylized graphics and almost liminal world. I would love to buy it on GOG and add it to my collection!
Absolutely magnificent game, endlessly entertaining, funny and clever, and rather unique in its first-person platforming. Very "gamey": there is no pretense of realism and logic; it's all about fun platforming puzzles in a highly atmospheric Aztec temple. The design and sounds of the enemies are hilarious. Ridiculously overlooked and underrated.
Mega Man ZXThis game contains elements from the Mega Man X series and the Mega Man Zero series. The game introduces a new open-ended gameplay environment and the ability to select the protagonist's gender, a first in the series. The player's character, Vent or Aile, is on a 2-dimensional overlay map with sprites where he or she engages enemies to finish the mission. When Vent and Aile receive a Biometal, they are able to change form, gaining various abilities, such as the charge moves, or charging their weapon with an element of that Biometal; for example, Biometal H will charge the weapon with electricity. While in a special form, using the form-specific abilities use up weapon energy. When Vent and Aile receive the other half of the Biometal, they are able to perform a different special ability.Action Science fiction

IkarugaIn this vertical scrolling spaceship shooter, you control a ship that can change its polarity at will. As blue/white, the ship can easily destroy red/black enemies, and vice versa. Bullets of your polarity can be collected to fuel your energy gauge, but those opposite will kill you. Destroying an enemy ship causes them to fire revenge bullets which can be absorbed and fired back by the player. Different difficulties exist to change exactly how you interact with polarized points, or how they appear.
It is the spiritual successor to Radiant Silvergun, featuring similar level and boss design, as well as it's buddhism inspired themes and aesthetics. Both are directed by Hiroshi Iuchi, who also composed Ikaruga's soundtrack.Action Science fiction
Resident Evil SurvivorResident Evil Survivor is the first Resident Evil title to be rendered in real time as opposed to making use of pre-rendered backdrops. Levels are explored in first person, and when enemies are encountered the press of a button will bring up a targeting reticle for shooting. As with most light-gun games there is infinite pistol ammunition available, but limited ammunition for more powerful weapons. At the end of each level two doors are presented which both lead to different levels, although all paths eventually lead to the same ending.Action Horror Survival
Jet Set Radio HDJet Set Radio HD is the latest remaster in a string of Dreamcast "hits" to see new life on download platforms, but Sega has been insistent that they've learned its lessons. The publisher has emphasized how hard it's trying to get things right this time, and for many, it couldn't have chosen a better game.
Jet Set Radio was part of Sega's onslaught of new properties with an emphasis on flash and style during the second wave of Dreamcast software, but it might be one of the more obscure. It's a game that almost everyone has heard of, but I think few have actually played. This was remedied somewhat with 2002's Xbox sequel Jet Set Radio Future. Unlike Sonic Adventure or the arcade hit Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio HD is the chance for many to finally play a game they've only heard about.
Nostalgia has the side effect of high expectations though, and Jet Set Radio HD just can't meet them. While the flash and style of Jet Set Radio HD remains untouched and unvarnished by a dozen years of progress, the rest of it can't stand up to scrutiny. Squirrely controls, camera catastrophes, and nonsensical level design make Jet Set Radio HD a better memory than game.Action
