Samurai Shodown! 2

Samurai Shodown! 2 (1999)

by SNK
Genres:Fighting
Story:Samurai Shodown! 2 is a handheld game in SNK's Samurai Shodown series of fighting games. Unlike its predecessor, it was released on the Neo-Geo Pocket Color system, so its graphics were no longer monochrome. It was designed as a conversion from the most recent game in the Samurai Shodown series, Samurai Shodown 64: Warriors Rage, and almost all of its story events, endings and cutscenes are derived from its arcade cousin. Almost all of the characters from Samurai Shodown 64: Warriors Rage are included (the sole exception being Hanma Yagyu). It also re-added two series favorites who were not in the arcade, Charlotte and Yagyu Jubei.Show more

Eternal Champions
Eternal ChampionsSega released Eternal Champions for their Mega Drive/Genesis in 1993, hoping to capitalize on the fighting game mania that the game industry was in the midst of following the massive success of Street Fighter II (1991) and Mortal Kombat (1992). The game tried to set itself apart with unique features like a heavier emphasis on its story, characters pulled from different time periods, reflectable projectiles, force fields, fighters that carried weapons, a training mode where players had to defend themselves against robotic traps, a novel method of executing moves, and elaborate stage-specific finishing moves called "Overkills".

Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2001
Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2001Capcom vs SNK: Millennium Fight 2001 is an unlicensed port of Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000. Presumably based on the work done on the Game Boy Color port of Street Heroes, there are possibilities that Ei-How Yang was the main programmer of this game as well, despite unproven and incorrect assumptions of Makon Soft being involved.
