The game retains the traditional elements of Zelda games as well as those introduced in Ocarina of Time, such as active blocking with a shield, various throwing items, and the usage of melodies played on the ocarina to solve puzzles. Compared to the previous Zelda games, this installment is more oriented towards interaction with NPCs and has a larger variety of items, optional quests, and mini-games. This is my favourite game of all time. Majora's Mask only gets better with age; the older (and closer to death) you get, the more you're able to appreciate this game's themes and surprisingly poignant story. I doubt this will ever make it to PC, but one can hope.

My brother played this game on the N64 after it was released and he had a lot of fun playing it. Years later when my family got our first Nintendo Gamecube, we got the LOTZ promotional disk that came with this game and Ocarina of Time. I honestly think this game is eclipsed by it's predecessor especially given some of the new mechanics, enemies, and other content that were added to this game. It is also (in my personal opinion) much darker than Ocarina Of Time.

Featuring the character design of Akira Toriyama, the Father of "Dragon Ball Z", and music by Nobuo Uematsu, the composer for Final Fantasy, Blue Dragon is an epic role-playing game (RPG) centered on five youngsters who possess miraculous strength and magical power to control shadow creatures that mirror the actions of their masters." Blue Dragon follows the story of five friends (Shu, Jiro, Kluke, Zola, and Marumaro) as they travel across the world to confront Nene, the evil ruler of the Grand Kingdom. The setting inspired separate anime and manga adaptations, although these follow the story to different degrees and feature a different cast of characters. The game follows a traditional role-playing design, based around exploration and turn-based combat. The gameplay of Blue Dragon uses turn-based gameplay elements seen in older Japanese role-playing video games. The game world contains two major types of areas: towns, in which the player can rest and purchase items, and dungeon-like areas, with numerous foes to be defeated.
