The Gog's BG 1 and 2 already have the latest official patch?

Hi Dr. Dreh, I myself doubt it because my megamod install demanded the latest TOB patch for Baldur's Gate 2. It appeared that the GOG version doesn't include it but I don't have 100% proof. Hopefully someone else can either back me up or correct me.

It would still be useful to install the Baldurdash patch though, wouldn't it?
I haven't touched the BG series for years, but if I remember correctly, baldurdash fixed some bugs that the official patches didn't
