So I finally figure out how to get Dynaheir, Minsc and Edwin all in the same party. I'm rolling along through High Hedge when all of a sudden 12 Flinds/Gnolls hit my tanks while 12 more skeletons start sniping my squishies.

I send Minsc into a berserker rage, thank my lucky stars that my main is a high-HP paladin, and go to town. All those skeletons make short work of Dynaheir though. Naturally, Edwin is elated. He cheers, thanks me for holding up my end of the deal, and offers to repay me for finally killing her by gracing me with his delightful company for a whole *year*.

It turns out he makes the offer to the closest other character he can find. At that moment, it happened to be Minsc, who was busy holding off five flinds from eating Edwin's face. Somehow Minsc manages to pause in his berserker wrath to let me tell him, "Sure, stick around!" and then goes back to mindlessly turning gnolls into pudding.

It would seem all funny moments would be based around berserker, but here it goes: When I was killing all there is to kill in bandit camp, I gave Minsc the +3 berserking two-handed sword. He immediately attacked the strongest enemy among their group and all was well, unless he killed him. I had to send brawmen to heal him and cast some protective spells, and so he turned oh her instead. The rest of the fight looked roughly like this: My ranged characters were sniping the enemy ranged ones, my main character was fighting with about 3 guards, and minsc was chasing brawmen in circles amongst the deadly arrows. Add benny hill theme and hilarity is ensured.

Come to think, my very first playthrough back when BG: 1 first came out involved some unfortunate timing with Minsc. I got all the way to the top of the Gnoll Stronghold when Minsc finally decided I'd taken too long to find his witch. At that point, he goes hostile and comes after you.

So I'm standing there, Minsc behind me, the Gnoll Chieftain and his goons in front of me, and Dynaheir barely ten seconds away if I can just get to her!

I watched the enraged ranger get chunked by a nasty death-crit from a gnoll, and the pieces flew over the pit itself. Once the battle was over, I went down and fetched Dynaheir.

"Ranger? Minsc? Nope, never heard of the guy."

The funniest moment I remember is what happend at my first run ever inside the bandit camp where you have to kill the chiefs in the big tent. I tryed it like 5-10 times and always died, so I checked my inventory for some useful items like staffs or smth. And what I found was the "lightning bold staff" (dont know exactly english name) . So the next fight went really good, I killed everyone except the last archer, my whole party was quiet low and had no spells anymore, so I think I was clever and used the staff :D What I didnt notice, there was a small pillar at the center of the tent and my lighting bold flew exactly towards it.. go figure! :D

(yea my whole party died as it was reflected four or five times through the whole tent)
