When I download Baldur's Gate 2 through the browser I download a .bin file instead of the usual .exe. Tried with chrome and firefox with the same results. How can I install the game?

You need to download all the setup files, probably one .exe and one or more .bin files since the game is over 2GB.

Download all the setup files to the same folder and then run the setup.exe file.

Man Iv got a similar problems. The download from browser has 3 parts, the first part the exe, other two bin files. Downloaded the exe, but the files always say there corrupted (I dont have any viruses or malware). Cant download the bin files. I tried the downloader, but when i click add to downloader, nothing happens. WTF!

Forget the downloader for now, it's not adding any files to the queue last time i tried, probably the last AIR update messed something up.

You could try to disable your AV temporarily to make sure it's not getting in the way of the download/install process.

Oh, you're clicking on 'save' to download the files to your PC, right ? You're not clicking on 'run' ?

That must be it! I downloaded only the two bigger files and didn't downloaded the smaller one (the-exe file). Thought it was Pics, avatar, or something like that. I'm redownloading the three files and post here if I have success installing the game.
