I'm currently trying to install the mods below, but having trouble.

Now that the zip files are downloaded I can't seem to correctly extract them with WinRAR into my Baldur's Gate 2 program file folder. I just get a diagnostic messages pop up window that lists off every file with the description: "Cannot create [file]. Access is denied."

Apologies if this has been asked before or if I'm just missing something obvious. Any help would be appreciated. Using Windows 7 64-bit operating system.
